There’s another way to live.
Chronic stress. Pain. Anxiety.
Brain fog. Sleepless nights.
These aren’t just symptoms.
They’re signals.
When your nervous system is overwhelmed, your body speaks.
Tension. Exhaustion. Overthinking. It wears you down.
This isn’t your fault.
You’re just oFF.
Let’s reset your system to be RaD.

When Your Nervous System is oFF
Most people spend their lives functional… but stuck in what I call oFF.
It’s a chronic fight-or-flight state that leaves little room for repair, reflection, or joy.
You don’t feel like you.
You’re wired, tired, and bracing for what’s next.
Waking up exhausted.
A tightness in your chest.
A low-level anxiety you’ve learned to call normal.
Weird symptoms that no one can explain.
Your body is holding tension.
Your mind loops through problems.
Your creativity goes quiet.
Possibility disappears.
An Ancient Switch
Inside you is a switch older than thought.
It flips automatically—faster than your conscious mind can track.
It only asks one question:
Safe? Or not?
If the answer is “not safe,” your system flips into oFF.
Your muscles tighten.
Your breath shallows.
Your thoughts spin into control mode.
This is survival.
You don’t choose it.
But you can change it.
RaD is the Reset
RaD (rest and digest) isn’t just relaxation.
It’s the gateway to clarity, creativity, and healing.
When you’re RaD, your body metabolizes stress.
Your mind lets go of constant problem-solving.
Something deeper comes online—
presence, insight, possibility.
The best part?
You don’t have to wait for sleep or burnout to get there.
You can train this shift.
With simple tools and consistent practice,
you can bring your system back into dynamic balance.
Here’s What Becomes Possible:
✓ Clarity and Focus
Thoughts settle. You see what matters without all the noise.
✓ Sustainable Energy
Your body stops burning out in survival mode. Fatigue lifts.
✓ Relief from Chronic Symptoms
Pain, tension, and mysterious health issues often soften or disappear.
✓ Calm Under Pressure
Stressful situations no longer take you out.
✓ Access to Creativity and Possibility
When you’re regulated, you don’t just react—you create.
This is the foundation for everything else.
True change. Real healing. A life that actually feels like yours.
Here’s how the two states feel in everyday life:
oFF (Fight or Flight) | RaD (Rest and Digest) | |
---|---|---|
Energy | Alert, driven, bracing—until fatigue sets in | Restful, replenished, sustainable |
Focus | Sharp, narrow, problem-solving | Expansive, intuitive, creative |
Body | Tense, wired, eventually drained and inflamed | Recovering, digesting, naturally healing |
Mind | Self-critical, looping thoughts, never quite satisfied | Calm, clear, connected to deeper knowing |
Experience | Productive but disconnected—surviving, striving | Present, open, more truly yourself |
To be clear, oFF isn’t all bad. It can be thrilling and definitely helps you get things done.
But staying there too long costs your health, clarity, and sense of purpose. RaD is where you remember who you are.

How I Help
I’m a specialist in nervous system regulation and resilience, using modern and ancient tools to resolve what looks unsolvable—physically, mentally, emotionally.
For some, I’m a coach.
I help ambitious creatives make clear, strategic decisions—especially when life feels murky.
I bring calm, clarity, and a whole-system view to executive choices, personal transitions, and stuck internal conflicts.
For others, I’m a healer.
I get people out of pain—quickly.
Using years of Chinese medical training, I diagnose patterns others miss and craft herbal formulas and treatments that move what’s been stuck.
Beneath it all, I’m a nervous system specialist… and a bit of a mystic.
I work where stress, memory, habit, and attention meet.
Most people are living functional—but still oFF.
Their nervous systems hijacked by fear-based loops.
Their Spark buried under stories they never chose.
The Joyful Rebellion is my system for waking up.
It’s not self-help. It’s a system reset.
We disrupt the TEAR patterns (Thought → Emotion → Action → Reward) that keep you stuck.
We reclaim your attention from the Monarch—the ego-mind that keeps you safe, but small.
We remember how to feel, choose, and create.
Whether you come through coaching, acupuncture, or a guided program…
The deeper work is always the same:
To return to presence.
To feel the pulse of your unique aliveness.
And become who you were meant to be.
I also work with teams.
Because nervous systems shape culture—and most companies don’t realize it until it’s too late.
Using The Joyful Rebellion framework, I help teams train for real-time resilience.
Not apps. Not perks. Actual tools for clarity under pressure.
What we build together:
The ability to recognize when you’ve gone oFF (fight-or-flight)
Simple regulation techniques that work in the moment
Cultures that support nervous system health—not just performance
Formats include workshops, leadership intensives, and ongoing team training.
The result?
Clearer thinking.
Deeper connection.
Sustainable performance.
Why I Do This Work
For 30 years, I lived with undiagnosed heart and liver disease.
I thought I just had “weird” symptoms—digestive issues, irregular heartbeats, panic attacks.
Conventional medicine had no answers.
“Are you seeing a psychologist?” they would ask.
So I turned to acupuncture, herbal medicine, breathwork, meditation, and diet.
These tools helped me function.
I built a successful career helping others with them… not knowing I was also saving my own life.
Along the way, I sought out healers who worked beyond the mainstream—people who combined bodywork, energy, psychology, and presence in ways that were hard to explain, but deeply effective.
I didn’t just receive treatment, I studied it.
Through those sessions, and years of self-inquiry, something began to emerge.
A way of seeing.
A system.
I started to recognize how stories get trapped in the body.
How stress reshapes perception.
How regulating the nervous system doesn’t just reduce symptoms—it changes your life.
What I didn’t know at the time was that an old infection had begun to calcify my pericardium, constricting my heart and choking off blood flow from my liver.
The practices I’d spent years refining weren’t just helping me feel better.
They were buying me time.
In 2023, an Apple Watch alert finally led to the diagnosis—and open-heart surgery.
My symptoms weren’t random.
My body had been speaking for decades, and I had been listening, even if I didn’t fully understand.
Six months after surgery, I ran a half-marathon a mile up a mountain.
Not to prove anything.
Just because I finally could.
Now my mission is clear:
Help others decode what their bodies are trying to say—before it’s too late.
Persistent Stress.
Strange Symptoms.
Murky Decisions.
